Business Administration professionals perform a broad range of duties in virtually every sector of the economy. They coordinate and direct support services at organizations as diverse as insurance companies, computer manufacturers, and government offices.
These individuals manage the many services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as information and data processing, printing and reproduction, accounting and bookkeeping, and records/telecommunications management.
ECPI students acquire a blend of hardware and software skills in a hands-on interactive learning environment and are exposed to a variety of computer operating systems, computer software applications, and office procedures.
The program's objectives are to enable graduates to demonstrate proficiency in:

- Conducting basic research using electronic media
