A
ccording to a recent article in
Network World, “having a broad array
of certifications is even more important
for giving job-seekers a needed edge.”
That’s good news for ECPI students.
The latest additions to the ECPI
University List of Approved Certifications
now include Microsoft technology
operating systems certifications 070
series-410, -411, -461, -462, -680 and
-685, and Certified Internet Webmaster
(CIW) exam ID0-571.
Certifications are highly-recommended
by both faculty and employers who serve
on Advisory Boards. Recommendations
are reviewed by the Academic Deans and
proposed to the University’s Curriculum
Committee on a continual basis
throughout the year.
Once approved, certifications are
available at deep discounts for students
who meet the eligibility requirements. To
make certifications even more attractive,
a Testing Center is available at most
ECPI locations and campus libraries
can provide print and eBook format
certification study guides.
The current list of ECPI University-
approved certifications includes 103
certifications for the School of Business,
School of Criminal Justice, and the
School of Technology and professional
licensure exams in support of the School
of Health Science programs.
