Enrollment Agreements

The Enrollment Agreement defines the relationship between ECPI University and the applicant to the University. The Enrollment Agreement specifies the conditions under which ECPI University will provide educational instruction to the applicant named on the Enrollment Agreement. The Enrollment Agreement also specifies all costs a student must pay in order to enroll in and undertake completion of a specific ECPI University academic program.

Once endorsed by both the applicant and an authorized representative of ECPI University, a copy of the completed enrollment agreement is given to an admitted applicant. Because Enrollment Agreements are specific to the program in which an applicant intends to enroll and contain certain other specific and time sensitive data, changes in an applicant’s intentions, including but not limited to a change of intended program, may necessitate completion of a new enrollment agreement. Special Viewing & Version Instructions

If “Choose A Program” does not appear as a drop down box, please follow these steps to open the document with all the features activated:

  1. Close the document, but not the Adobe Acrobat program
  2. Go to Edit / Preferences
  3. At the top of the list on the left, click “Documents”
  4. About half way down on that screen you will see “PDF/A View Mode”. Change this to “Never.” Click Okay.
  5. Open the Enrollment Agreement. The format should be one that can be completed on the computer.
