CIS102: Fundamentals of Customer Service
This course helps students to better understand the motivation and concerns of the customer and how to develop customer relations skills to effectively work with customers. Understanding people, communication, perception, and self-concept are discussed. Prerequisite: None
These courses provide up to 33 Semester Hours of college credit in the core, required technical and advanced technical areas of the three primary degree fields listed below.
