ECPI’s Culinary Institute of Virginia Announces Campus Discovery Day to be Held Saturday, January 15th

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - (Tuesday, January 11, 2011)

Norfolk, VA - ECPI College of Technology's School of Culinary Arts, Culinary Institute of Virginia, is pleased to announce a Campus Discovery Day to be held on Saturday, January 15th, 2011 from 10am to 3pm at its 2428 Almeda Avenue Location in Norfolk, VA. Admission to Campus Discovery Day is free. Attendees will have the opportunity to see exciting cooking demos, tour the facilities, and speak with experienced faculty and staff about future education and careers goals.

ECPI's Culinary Institute of Virginia offers a Bachelor's degree in the field of Food Service Management which can be earned in as little as 2.5 years and an Associate's degree in the field of Culinary Arts that can be earned in less than 15 months through its year-round schedule.

Culinary Institute of Virginia Announces Career Education Expo

Norfolk, VA - Culinary Institute of Virginia, the School of Culinary Arts at ECPI College of Technology, is pleased to announce their first ever Career Education Expo to be held on Saturday, February 7, 2009 from 10am to 2pm. The Norfolk-based Culinary Institute of Virginia is located at 2428 Almeda Avenue. Admission to the Career Education Expo is free and attendees with have the opportunity to tour the facility, see exciting demos by Chef Instructors, participate in food tastings, and speak with students, faculty, and staff about future education and career goals.

Culinary Institute of Virginia’s Culinary Arts program includes hands-on training with the emphasis on mastering basic professional culinary skills. Students also participate in externships as part of the Culinary Arts program to provide them with ‘real world’ experience. Flexible program schedules are offered with day, evening, and weekend classes; students can earn their Associate degree in less than 2 years.
