# ACS100 Computing Fundamentals

**Course Description:** This course provides an introduction to the major hardware and software components of computers, operating systems, and application software. Students will learn about hardware including bus systems, I/O interfaces, system resources, and CPUs. They will also learn about system software including operating systems, drivers, virtualization, and system security.
