**Course Description:** This lab course provides practical, hands-on application of Python programming within a cybersecurity context, reinforcing its role in automating common system and network tasks. Students will practice core programming concepts such as syntax, data types, and control structures through weekly assessments and guided lab exercises. The course emphasizes interpreting program output, identifying and fixing errors, and refining scripts for improved performance. By applying Python to process and analyze cybersecurity data in a lab environment, students will gain the practical skills and experience needed to implement automation in real-world security operations.
