This course introduces foundational Security Operations Center (SOC) analysis through hands-on alert monitoring, incident triage, and case documentation using the Zammad ticketing system. Students apply basic log analysis, threat intelligence, and AI-assisted tools within enterprise and cloud environments, preparing for entry-level (Tier 1) SOC analyst roles.
