About the Campus

Conveniently located on Keys Drive near the intersection of Interstates 85 and 385, ECPI University’s Greenville campus is only a short drive from the City’s bustling downtown. Here, you’ll find a small school atmosphere with big time resources.

Our health science and technology labs are filled with resources that make learning interesting and meaningful. The Mechatronics lab is one you won’t want to miss. Not familiar with that word, Mechatronics? It’s okay. Employers know what it means. Mechatronics is an educational program that can prepare you for an exciting career in advanced manufacturing.

As South Carolina’s manufacturing sector continues to grow, there is an increasing demand for skilled professionals who understand electronics engineering, computer and information systems, as well as mechanical engineering technologies. That’s what Mechatronics is all about.

Whether it’s health science, technology, criminal justice or business, you can be confident that our programs have been created with one thought in mind: to prepare you for the real world. We do this in consultation with many of Greenville’s leading employers. They serve as partners in your progress. Some lecture on campus. Others provide externships and job opportunities.

However, there greatest contribution may come from their involvement with our Academic Advisory Boards. Twice yearly, they come to campus and review programs to help ensure our curriculum is aligned with the skills you need for employment. Some of these partners include the American Red Cross, Aerotek, ANMED Health, Baptist Easley Hospital, BMW, ClearChannel, Greenville Health System, Draxelmaier, Lucas Technologies, Palmetto Institute of Clinical Research, Greenville County Detention Center, St. Francis Hospital, Verizon Wireless, and Windstream.

As for extracurricular activities, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy time with your fellow students. Our campus clubs offer interactive learning events, social gatherings, and fundraisers of all sorts. They include:

Computer Hardware and Operating Systems Club
    Medical Club
Practicing Amateur Radio and Developing Our Excellence (PARADOX)
    Phi Theta Kappa
    Golden Key International Honor Society

Students, faculty, and staff are also active in the community, supporting causes like the American Red Cross, Food Bank, Haitian Relief, Humane Society, Salvation Army, Project Host Soup Kitchen, and the Boys and Girls Club.
