## Master of Business Administration Operations and Supply Chain Management Degree Concentration Overview

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an Operations and Supply Chain Management concentration examines how organizations manage production processes and move goods from suppliers to customers. It is designed for those who want to understand how operations and supply chains are coordinated to meet demand.

The program focuses on logistics management, supply chain systems, and process improvement. Students examine how operations are planned and measured to maintain efficiency and quality while responding to changing demand.
