## Leadership Degree Track Overview

The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership program with a Management concentration and a Leadership track offers students the opportunity to build leadership skills applicable across industries and organizational settings, including private, public, for-profit, and non-profit sectors. The program emphasizes collaboration and the ability to influence team behaviors while addressing social, economic, and ethical challenges.

The Leadership track focuses on the development of ethical leadership practices and emotional intelligence. Students explore strategies for fostering innovation and guiding teams through change. Coursework emphasizes critical thinking, strategic decision-making, and creating inclusive environments that promote organizational growth and adaptability.

Through ECPI University’s year-round accelerated schedule, students can earn a bachelor’s degree in just **2.5 years**.

## Leadership Curriculum

Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership Management concentration

- **Managerial Processes and Communications** — BUS226
This course acquaints the students with basic theories and skills, and applications concerning communications within an organization in respect to a manager's point of view.
- **Organizational Dynamics: Motivation and Leadership** — BUS409
This course examines the interaction among leadership, members of the organization, and organizational culture.

### Program Requirements

To receive the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, students must earn 121 semester credit hours. The program requires a minimum of 8 semesters, which is equivalent to 30 months or 120 weeks of instruction. Students will select one of the tracks available under this program.
