## Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management (BSOL) Degree Concentration Overview

The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (BSOL) program with a concentration in Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management prepares students to lead in complex, global environments across private, public, and non-profit sectors. It examines how collaboration and ethical decision-making shape team performance.

The program explores how logistics and supply chain functions operate within organizations. Students focus on planning, resource coordination, and operational tools to support efficiency while accounting for economic, social, and ethical factors.
