Employee Referral Bonus Program
ECPI University is always looking for talented individuals and you can help! If you know someone who would be a good addition to our team and who meets the requirements for any of our open positions, it may be worth up to $2,000 to you if you refer them for employment and they are hired.
Program Details
FULL TIME NURSING FACULTY NEW HIRES: EARN UP TO $2,000!
FULL TIME ON CAMPUS FACULTY AND STAFF NEW HIRES: EARN UP TO $1,000!
FULL TIME ONLINE FACULTY AND STAFF NEW HIRES: EARN UP TO $500!
Referral Bonuses for full time faculty and staff are paid in two installments- 40% after the referred candidate is hired and completes 30 days of employment and the remaining 60% after the referred new hire completes 180 days of employment.
ADJUNCT NURSING FACULTY NEW HIRES: EARN UP TO $1,000!
ADJUNCT ON CAMPUS AND ONLINE FACULTY NEW HIRES: EARN UP TO $500!
Referral Bonuses for adjunct faculty are paid in two installments- 40% after the referred candidate is hired and completes one term of teaching and the remaining 60% after the referred new hire completes three additional terms of teaching.
Program Rules
- All ECPI University employees are eligible to participate in this program and refer candidates with the exception of:
- Vice President level and above
- Managers who have hiring authority or input into the candidate selection process
- Employees referring a candidate should complete the Employee Referral Bonus Form within 30 days of the hire date and submit the form by e-mail or fax to Human Resources.
- All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with ECPI policies and procedures. Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
- All information regarding hiring decisions will remain strictly confidential.
- Employees referring a candidate must be actively employed to receive a referral bonus.
- Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through Human Resources.
- The referral program only applies to new hires at ECPI University; rehires and status changes are not applicable.
