Course Description: This course introduces students to the foundational concepts of programming using the C++ language. Students explore essential topics such as syntax, primitive data types, variables, constants, expressions, and console input/output. Emphasis is placed on writing simple programs and developing an understanding of control structures, loops, and basic debugging techniques. Designed for students beginning their software development journey, this course also promotes critical thinking, algorithmic reasoning, and secure coding practices that prepare learners for AI-augmented development.
