CJ130 Ethics in Criminal Justice

This course explores the ethical dilemmas and decision-making challenges faced by professionals across the criminal justice system. Students will examine foundational ethical theories and apply them to real-world scenarios involving law enforcement, courts, and corrections. Topics include the use of discretion, professional responsibility, corruption, and the balance between justice and public safety.
