Course Description: This course focuses on how business decisions are impacted by today’s legal environment. Students will develop a thorough understanding of the legal environment of business, engage in critical thinking and ethical analysis, and develop the knowledge and skills necessary to survive in an increasingly competitive global environment. The course will be delivered using a variety of learning formats which may include online lessons, video presentations, and classroom activities/discussions.
