Course Description: This course is designed to provide students with an introduction to User Experience (UX) and User Experience Design (UXD). Students will learn to incorporate business strategy, value proposition, user research and user experience design. Additionally, they will use UXD to enhance a user’s satisfaction by improving a product’s usability, accessibility and experience. Through this course and the associated lab, students will also have new visuals/documents to include in their design portfolio.
