Course Description: This course introduces students to the basic principles of leadership that effective leaders use when managing/leading individuals and teams in organizations. These include discussions related to personal traits, characteristics, and attributes, leadership competencies, motivation, group dynamics, power and politics, conflict resolution, and organizational culture.
