Course Description: This course explores the strategic use of generative artificial intelligence in modern business environments and prepares students to leverage AI technologies to improve organizational performance, decision-making, innovation, and operational efficiency. Students will examine the foundational concepts and emerging applications of generative AI while applying AI tools to real-world business challenges, including communication, workflow optimization, strategic planning, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making. The course also examines ethical, legal, and governance considerations related to AI adoption, including data privacy, risk management, and responsible implementation practices. By the end of the course, students will develop a foundational AI integration strategy aligned with organizational goals and sustainable business practices.
