Course Description: This course will provide an overview of domestic terrorism within the United States. Students will learn the history and motives of domestic terrorism/terrorist groups as well as techniques to combat domestic terrorism. Students will also be able to contrast the roles in which women play in these terrorist groups as well as analyze law enforcement’s data gathering capabilities used in combating domestic terrorism.
