Course Description: This course will enable students to become familiar with, and acquire the skill and knowledge base necessary for, healthcare administrators in a crisis situation. This will include crisis situations that are epidemiological in origin as well as situations that are externally originated. The topics will include, but not be limited to, determination of priorities, availability and management of resources, and communication issues.
