Course Description: This course will provide students with an overview of the delivery systems of long term care. Students will learn about long term care policy, as well as the industry itself. Students will obtain knowledge of the external and internal environments of long term care. This will include, but not be limited to, culture changes, the legal environment and regulations and enforcement.
