Course Description: This is the fourth course in a series of four that will allow students to learn how to take a patient's medical history and how to perform a physical exam. Students will learn to take and communicate a focused and comprehensive patient history and perform a physical exam of the body's major systems. Upon successful course completion, students will demonstrate how to take a history, perform a physical exam, and communicate those findings to other healthcare team members in writing and verbally.
