Course Description: This course allows students to apply foundational concepts and skills in caring for clients with mental health alterations in care settings across the lifespan. Students are introduced to the quality improvement process. Students will identify the functions of the interdisciplinary team and communicate and document healthcare information. Students will assist with the planning, provision and evaluation of care.
