Course Description: This course explores the comprehensive network of companies involved in the production and delivery of goods and services, from raw materials to end consumers. Students will learn about the design and management of business processes within the supply chain. Key topics include supply chain strategy, supply contracts, risk mitigation strategies, flexible logistics systems, service supply chains, sustainability, and the role of IT in logistics management. Through this course, students will gain insights into contemporary issues and practices in logistics management.
