RAD235 Radiation Biology and Protection

Course Description: This course will introduce patient and personnel protection, as well as radiation exposure and monitoring. Students will learn the biologic effects of radiation, minimizing exposure, regulatory agencies, and general guidelines. Units of measurement, dosages, and dosimeters will be discussed.
