Q2 Wellness Theme: Mental Well-Being

eWellness at ECPI University continues to be featured quarterly in our Campus Connect newsletter, bringing you updated wellness tips, benefits, resources, and wellness challenges with opportunities to win great prizes.

This quarter’s focus is mental well-being, an essential part of how we show up each day, for ourselves, our families and friends, and our work. Mental well-being isn’t just about managing stress when it becomes overwhelming; it’s about the everyday habits that help us stay balanced, focused, and resilient over time.

Our mental and physical health are closely connected. When we’re not getting enough sleep, feeling constantly overwhelmed, or disconnected from routines that support us, it can impact everything from energy levels to decision-making. The good news is that small, intentional choices can make a real difference. Taking a short walk, stepping away to reset, getting consistent rest, or simply checking in with how you’re feeling are all meaningful ways to support your well-being.

It’s also important to recognize when something feels off. Seeking support, whether through a conversation with someone you trust or using available resources, is a sign of awareness, not weakness.
