Stephen Arthur–Co-Chaired AI Task Force Wins CECU Award

Stephen Arthur, ECPI University’s director of AI and analytics, has been recognized for his leadership in higher education. Since its formation in summer 2024, he has co-chaired an AI Task Force alongside Dana Hutton, chief marketing and enrollment officer at Southeastern College, and Mitch Talenfeld, CEO of MDT Marketing.

With a team of over 40 career education leaders, they devoted countless hours to exploring and promoting AI’s growing role in the future of higher education. The team released a comprehensive best practices guide at the 2025 North American Career Education Convention this summer. The guide explores how AI can improve marketing, enrollment, and student success.

For their contribution and innovation, Stephen Arthur and the Task Force received the Career Education Colleges and Universities (CECU) Top People Changing Career Education Award.
