Course Description: This course will provide a basis for analyzing radiographic images for optimal standards, with an emphasis on factors that affect radiographic image quality. Included are the importance of optimal imaging standards, discussion of problem-solving techniques for image evaluation, pre-processing, and factors that can affect image quality. Students will evaluate and analyze images in DR/CR. Fluoroscopic equipment, image acquisition, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) will be presented.
