Course Description: This course introduces students to the fundamentals of the Robot Operating System (ROS), a flexible framework for writing robot software. Topics covered include ROS libraries and frameworks like MoveIt for motion planning and navigation stack for robot navigation. Students will learn how to create ROS nodes, integrate sensors and actuators, simulate robots in different environments, and implement complex robot behaviors.
