Course Description: This course takes a holistic approach to employee recruitment and retention. Students will be given an opportunity to explore workforce communities and demographics to develop strategies that maximize skills and abilities of a diverse workforce. The relationship between diversity and inclusion and a more productive and innovative organization will be studied.
