Course Description: This course provides a basic understanding of how businesses use Six Sigma to proactively eliminate waste, reduce variation in business processes, and continually meet customer requirements and expectations. Students will learn how to use Six Sigma tools and techniques to develop and sustain efficient operations applicable to any industry.
