Course Description: This course develops and expands the student's knowledge of project management methodology and processes. Students will learn project management procedures along with tools used to plan, manage, organize, monitor, and control a project. Students will learn how to select projects, manage effective teams, overcome conflict, close projects, and use negotiation skills.
