Business Analytics Degree Concentration Overview

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program with a concentration in Business Analytics is designed to prepare students with foundational business knowledge and specialized analytical skills. By integrating core business principles with data analysis techniques, the program aims to help students develop competencies that are increasingly essential in data-centric industries.

The Business Analytics concentration focuses on teaching students how to collect, interpret, and apply data to optimize business processes and support strategic decision-making. This Business Analytics concentration features two degree tracks that students can choose from:

The Operations Analytics track emphasizes optimization, data mining, and statistical analysis to improve efficiency and productivity to solve operational challenges
The Leadership track develops ethical and emotionally intelligent leaders who can drive organizational change and innovation.

Program Requirements

To receive the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, students must earn 121 semester credit hours.
