Course Description: This course introduces students to essential self-management strategies that support academic achievement, professional growth, and lifelong learning. Students will develop skills in time management, communication, and critical thinking while exploring key resources that contribute to success in their coursework and future careers. The course also introduces foundational concepts in information literacy, financial literacy, and the effective use of technology to support learning and productivity. Through practical application and reflection, students will strengthen their ability to manage responsibilities, evaluate information, communicate effectively, and apply strategies for personal and professional success.
