About Computer-Aided Drafting and Design

Computer-aided drafting and design is the process of creating, modifying, analyzing, or optimizing a design through specialized computer software. Individuals in this field will design various products and virtual simulations for a variety of industries. CAD operators work with engineers to develop comprehensive design documentation for engineering projects, including graphical presentations, animations, and prototypes.

They play a vital role in the design process, from conception to the final design. Our curriculum provides a foundation for employment in several private and public sectors, including the automotive industry, aerospace industry, automation and manufacturing, architectural and civil firms.
