Web Design and Development Online Degree Program Overview

Most of us spend a lot of time visiting websites. And from experience, we know they vary in quality. Some are little more than online brochures, while others offer an engaging customer experience. It just depends who designed them. The best sites are:

  • Well-Designed
  • Well-Maintained
  • Fast-Loading
  • Easy to Navigate
  • Secure

The professionals that design them possess great skill, and are therefore in great demand. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of web developers is projected to grow 15 percent from 2016 to 2026, much faster than the average for all occupations.*

Have you ever considered becoming a web developer? What if you could do it without ever stepping into a classroom? Just like a well-designed website, a well-developed learning platform can produce an excellent result - if it’s paired with skilled faculty members who understand how to teach online students.
