CIS228 Service Desk Fundamentals

This course will provide students with the basic knowledge, skills and primary responsibilities of an IT Help Desk Professional. Students will learn about the business, technical and social factors that influence the characteristics of successful customer service providers. Upon successful completion, students will be able to demonstrate the basic Level 1 knowledge of operating systems, processes and best practices required to resolve IT Help Desk issues and complaints.
