FSM298 Externship-FSM III
This course provides students with practical managerial work. Students apply the theoretical concepts of their coursework to the Refresh Cafe food service operation. This hands-on practical experience provides students with an understanding of the work required in the industry, on-the-job experience and the enhancement of skills learned in the classroom. Upon successful course completion, students will have refined their operational, marketing, financial management and human resource comprehension under direct supervision of a qualified food service professional.
