HUM205 Culture and Diversity: Exploring the Humanities

This course explores the terms "culture" and "diversity" through the lenses of such topics as gender, ethnicity, and class. Personal development and relationships are discussed through a study of human behavior, culture, and society from a global/historical perspective. Topics include but are not limited to historical development of world civilizations, historical and political significance of a global community, and personal and social significance of a diverse culture. This is a writing intensive course.
