MGT524 – Ethics and Corporate Responsibility

This course allows students to apply critical thought to evaluate the role of business and organizations in society from an ethical and legal perspective. Special emphasis is placed on the demands managers and change agents must face on a regular basis in the contemporary multicultural and global workforce and business environment. Upon successful course completion, students will be able to recognize and develop ethical and effective strategies for the social and government framework under which business operates.
