PSY225 Industrial/Organizational Psychology
This course introduces students to the field of industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology and its application in today’s workplace. Students explore psychological principles behind hiring, training, performance management, motivation, leadership, teamwork, and organizational change. Emphasis is placed on applying theory to practice through real-world scenarios and collaborative problem-solving. Students will also use generative AI tools to analyze workplace challenges and design evidence-based solutions, developing skills in critical thinking, ethical decision-making, and organizational analysis.
