It’s getting increasingly easier to find cookbooks on topics like baking and pastry, portion control and even complete lifestyles of eating, such as the Mediterranean diet.

However, there’s a ‘new kid on the block’ in the cookbook section, capable of providing culinary techniques that can boost nutrition, naturally reduce inflammation, and maybe even fight chronic disease.
