We are so sorry you had a bad experience with ECPI University. We strive to make sure every interaction for existing students, potential students and especially Alumni is a good one! We don’t get many complaints, but when we do, we take them seriously and then try to take corrective action so that others students/alumni will not have to experience the same problem you have. With that in mind, would you be willing to take a few moments to share your experience with the university administration?

If it’s a problem that can be rectified, we will reach out internally on your behalf to have it corrected, and then get back to you. If it’s something that cannot be immediately remedied or something that is out of our control, we will still reach out to you and let you know what actions we have taken. We may contact you for more information or clarification if needed.
